New cancellation policyThe Majorca based hotel chain Prinsotel keps on innovating. As of today, bookings may be cancelled two days before entrance date without any further cost. As the hotel chains' ecommerce manager explains, the change of the policy is the direct result of the company's innovative attitude. "We carefully listen to our clients' commments - whether online or by phone - and translate those suggestions with the upmost customer impact to new services. Also, the manager explains, the service culture of all our staff is highly appreciated by our customers and is the direct result of fast and informal communication flows.
